You must not use Malayali Markets to advertise, request, promote, sell or facilitate:
Malayali Markets may prohibit additional categories where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, ethical or operational reasons.
Lawful religious and charitable services or fundraising may be permitted.
Any person advertising fundraising must:

A consumer may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom or other jurisdiction where they live where mandatory law allows this.
